Rude customer service

I wrote to them via email/web asking three simple questions. Do they have an app so one can follow when the service is down due to a tech fault? What is the speed they are promising to provide with the hefty 900R I am paying now? And how would one cancel. They rep**** within 3-4 working days ignoring 2 questions but informing us that we can cancel by simply sending an email. We decided to cancel since the service of internet seems faulty at times, and last year when their router stopped working they never followed up to replace it and I had to buy a new router. I contacted them via WhatsApp to cancel and sent my complaints. Not an ounce of an apology cam back. Instead the person chatting said we cannot cancel the service for end February as we need a full calender month which means we can cancel only for end March. He/She said it is in our terms and conditions. When I informed Supersonic that their terms and conditions (most likely) also have a promise to provide a reasonably professional service without technical faults and with good customer service when the router fails etc.. the reply was "I didnt know that". When I asked why there wasnt an attempted apology for the problems we encountered and I explained on the chat, his/her reply was "Good day". Unbelievable. I never encountered such scorn rude behavious.

Indeed someone called me while I was on another call. I asked him to call me back in one hour and he said he would. He never called back and I am not surprised from your very poor reputation customer service. In conclusion, are you going to terminate the service once this month is over or are you going to stick to your terms and conditions of charging us another month without any consideration to all the inconvenience caused? How serious is your apology? Must we resort to an ombudsman ?
