******* - only 1 star because you do not offer 0 stars. they switched off my a/c, did not notify me, and when I called to resolve they said something stupid about my "legacy account" - whatever the F**k that means - they cannot explain that to me - so 7 calls, 3 hours on the phone, and 3x confirmations the line is still Active - NO INTERNET
