Listing the companies Pro's and Con's
Pro's: -Quick connection and delivery
Con's - Terrible F-LTE connections - 0 customer support (arrogant support staff and managers) - 0 respect to their customers - charges you for your router even though you have been with them for 24+ months and asked for it to be returned telephonically and over email. - Suspends my internet package 2 days early, yet still charging me for the following month. - Promises quotes on antenna upgrades happens 6 months later. - Have not received 1 email communication since I've given notice.
Fact is terrible service, terrible execution and just plainly a PAIN! I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy.
