Stay away! I placed an order, got called a day later and told that I only qualify for the deal where you must pay upfront for the router and then your monthly payment.

I told the guy the cancel the order as this is not what I wanted. He blatantly ignored me and placed the order irregardless.

Since 09:00 I have been trying to get in in touch with this ******* company woth no success.

Guys, stay away, don't waste your time with a service provider that barely monitors their landline.
