I app**** for activation on 18/06/2021 and was told it would take 2 weeks before receiving a router. We have since been waiting longer than a month. I call them daily. I’m told Koketso is in charge of my activation and that she will call me back, she has never called me back. Nomzamo opened a case and said she would call me back, but never did. I speak to a new customer service agent each day and all they tell me that a case has been opened and someone will call me in 24-48hours. Useless company. Save yourself the stress.
