Router not delivered after 16 days of placing an order

The service is very terrible. I ordered a router from them 16 days ago and no one has called me to explain why I haven't received it. The whatsapp line is pathetic, they ask for your details and promise to come back to you and to no avail. I don't want anything to do with them anymore. They must just cancel my order with immediate effect. I'm done.
