Router faulty2 weeks no solution

I am super frustrated right now , I have a problem with my router that its blank no power nothing for 2 weeks now I'm trying to get to sorted with supersonic but no luck I'm being sent from pillar to post , its either my ticket has logged in wrong or its the technician that's coming but I have had no luck , I have used my resources tp call supersonic and I am placed on hold for too long, my calls lasts for more than an hour everyday but my issue has not been sorted out and I still have to pay my full subscription .
