Router and simcard doesn't work

From the day of deliver 15 May 2026 of the simcard and router it has never worked. I have been calling them everyday but no assistance it four days already that router and simcard is not working.No assistance,no turn around time.No one calling me back with an update.Their sales department called me back when they were convincing me to sign up for this router and simcard,but the their Technicians department wont call you back ,it is when you keep on calling them and they will just advise with a same stupid excuse that "your ticket has been logged Website also doesn't work they dont respond to tickets. Very poor service .I wish they can come collect this thing back.
