Robbing ur data
Worst ive ever had, and to top things off they double up the billing they charge you for a service that has not been provided, the say u have used 60gb but on the rooter app its clearly visible u havent even used 27 so they rob you of ur data as well if i could i wouldnt even have given one srar as they are *****ing from u

20 Apr 2020, 16:11Hi sandra youre consultants aparently fixed it by switching it back on and then of again 30 mins later saying that weve used the data up i will be contacting huawei to tell them that theire rooters and apps are faulty cause according to youre techical team we have used more than double than what the app and rooter says we have used and im still waiting on youre mail as well
