RIDICULOUS SPEED 🙋🏽♂️😒

I finally got my installation but now the speed is a problem... I opt in for the 10mb/s line for R499... But I'm not even getting 4mb/s... And my upload speed is faster for some odd reason.. but the package said download speed is 10mb/s and upload speed is 2mb/s ..

When I call the technicians or chat via what's app all they tell me is to restart my rooter... Once the rooter is back online it's the same...

I did a speed test using my cellular network and I got a 33mb/s... But AirFiber should be stronger than cellular network. That's what the sales person told me the day I enquired...

Come month end they debit your account within a blink of an eye .. but the customer using their services must struggle with the product...

So can someone call me to explain what the actual is going on..
