Repeated Billing Errors & No Support – Frustrating Experience

I recently received a notification regarding an outstanding balance on my account, despite having already provided proof of payment. Unfortunately, my attempts to get a response have been completely ignored. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it seems their records are not updating correctly, leading to repeated harassment of paying customers.

At the very least, one would expect timely updates after submitting payment confirmations, but that doesn’t seem to be a priority for this company. The lack of communication and failure to address these recurring issues is unacceptable. A more responsive and organized approach to account management would go a long way in improving customer experience.
