Relocation isn't rocket science!!!

I have been trying to get someone to assist with fibre for my new place . I just need a technician to come a pull the fibre in my unit but wow!!! I asked for this the beginning of June and I have only received a router. I can't believe it's been a nightmare Nevermind that I need to pay a cancelation fee for a relocation But now my order for the new place is cancelled with no reason, supersonic doesn't know Why, vumatel doesn't know why.so now I'm sitting with a router with no fibre . I have call in and called in .. Joh !!! every consultant tells me a technician will call and no one calls it's now 1 week left and I am extremely worried I can't be without internet.
