Release my line!!!

I had FTTH installed at my home last year and decided to try out Supersonic. My installation was done with Vuma(Mitchell's Fibre) via placing an order on the Cool Ideas website.

I moved over to Supersonic to check if they could be of better service to my fibre needs but I was mistaken and I am not impressed with high latency and erratic connections. I decided to terminate my usage of Supersonic and now they want me to wait 30 days to release my line whereas Cool Ideas released my line immediately.

Please release my line! I do not owe any money and by using a 28 day voucher I should be able to switch ISPs if I want to. Very poor assistance from many of your customer service associates and they don't have answers for me with regards to my problem.
