Release my internet line please!

Due to the high prices and general lack lustre service of Supersonic,I have decided to move on to another internet provider. Now Supersonic is dragging it's feet about releasing my internet line so that the other service provider can take over. It is very frustrating. I am at my wits end as no one seems to helping me at all and I am without internet and I work from home what a let down. Supersonic please release my line post haste
