Release my DAMN LINE!!!!!

I cannot imagine what would be the reason to take almost 2months to release a line! I am a new home owner and previous owner has cancelled and requested the release of a line on the 23rd June. Your processes are SO SLOW YOUR CONSULTANTS TOLD ME THAT IT'LL BE OPEN ON THE 31ST JULY!!! WHY??? WHAT IS THE ISSUE TO PRESS A DAMN BUTTON TO RELEASE??? THEN I CALL TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH MWEB BECAUSE THEYRE JUST FAR SUPERIOR TO YOU AND THEY TELL ME THAT IT STILL HASN'T BEEN RELEASED!!! To end off.....I contacted you guys today and i have a recording from your consultant stating that the line is still being released but if I want wifi in the next few days then I should sign up with Supersonic. SO YOU CAN DO THAT EASILY BUT YOU CAN'T RELEASE THE LINE???? DOES THAT SOUND ETHICAL TO YOU???? I'LL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT SORTED OUT BY THIS WEEKEND.
