RELEASE ME - I JUST WANT RID OF YOU
I cancelled my service with Super Sonic giving a months notice. I contacted them on the 10th, 24th and 31st to please make sure I am released because until they do so i cannot sign up with another service provider. Today is the 2nd. My account is deactivated and I still cannot sign up with another ISP. I am yet to have any f the promised call back from the 3 people i contacted. Supersonics lack of customer CARE, empty promises and pathetic service during the entire time of my contract with them is disgusting. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! BEWARE!!
