Refusing with my invoice

Well supersonic responded by saying they will get in touch with the billing department and get bacj to me ASAP and i am still waiting for them also the invoice request was sent on the 11th of June till today nothing has been sent to me...if there is anyone who can assist me with lodging a complaint to the National consumer commision as this company is refusing with my invoice which i am entitled to as per the CPA
