Refunds take forever with Supersonic

It's been 3 weeks already I was told that my refund will be paid within 5 to 7 days, I waited till the 7 days were over then when I call in to get feedback I get told it's with the billing department manager waiting approval, I have called several times in the past 2 weeks and all the agents I spoke to said they will send a mail to the billing department and get back to me, up until today I have not received 1 call or email to update me, I don't understand when it's time for you guys to debit then it's all good but when Supersonic debits the incorrect amounts it's a problem to get our money back, and what approval are you guys waiting for? Yourll accepted and acknowledged that an incorrect amount was debited why the wait to approve the refund? I hope that this issue is sorted out by tomorrow!!!
