Refund Still Outstanding

I cancelled my order with Supersonic before it was processed but had already paid the R1000 up front once off fee for the uncapped LTE package. I have been on the phone with them everyday for weeks after trying to get my refund. Each phone call lasts about 30 minutes and everytime the feedback I get from the consultant is that someone will call me to arrange the refund but no one ever calls back. I have already spent about half of the R1000 on phone calls trying to get the refund
