REFUND STILL NOT SORTED, CUSTOMER SERVICE PATHETIC

overcharged constantly! been trying to get a refund for over a month. customer service is non existent.

call center is set up in such a way that there's no accountability as you never speak to the same person twice. every single time the issue is being escalated... I've wasted hundreds of rands on airtime and my time trying to get resolved. absolutely disgusting.
