Refund SLA overdue
I have requested a refund on the 2nd January 2024, it has been over 21 working days SLA and I have still not received my refund. I have requested to speak to a manager to make a complaint and that was denied.
I'm starting to feel like this company is not a legitimate company and I feel like taking them to the news to be investigated.
