Refund Request

Can someone competent from your billing department contact me Francois and Minnah have not done a good job in resolving this query. I have been dealing with mediocre from Supersonic being told one thing and another. I want my a refund done on the credit passed coz it seems everyone sees it but it doesnt get taken off from the account. Best thing to do is refund me my money
