Refund process is broken
I cancelled my plan with them but they proceeded to debit money from my account for services that I am not going to use, I have been trying to get a refund from them for 2 weeks now, nothing has been done yet, they told me that they are escalating the matter but it looks like delay tactics. They even wanted to take their router before they paid me back.

Kindly note your refund will be processed once the router has been collected. If the router is not collected you will be charged the replacement value of the router, which is R2499. Kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions - Supersonic under Supersonic Home Broadband Fixed-LTE Terms and Conditions (Section 12: Cancellation Rules) regarding cancellation:

Kindly refer to our Terms and Conditions - Supersonic under Supersonic Home Broadband Fixed-LTE Terms and Conditions (Section 12: Cancellation Rules) regarding cancellation:
12 . Cancellation Rules
- The Customer may cancel Supersonic Fixed-LTE at any time by giving Supersonic notice of one calendar month.
- The notice must be communicated via e-mail to ***.
- Customers who cancel a Supersonic Fixed-LTE service agreement will be liable to return the router to Supersonic at their cost upon cancellation, in a reasonable and working condition, or be charged the replacement value of the router at time of cancellation.
- Cancellation within the first six (6) months of initial activation of a Supersonic service agreement , will incur an additional charge of R600 (incl. VAT) which is amortised over the said six (6) month term.

How is that possible, I send through my cancellation email on the 1st of March 2022, it was only processed end of April after my account was debited a full amount(R1000) the transportation for the router is about R250 as per your cancellation rules, please refund my R750 and take the router.
