Refund not paid

Supersonic and it's stuff are trained to ignore and lie. I cancelled my LTE package because of poor speeds, they asked me to return their router which I did. A month later they sent me an invoice that stated that I owe them R2500 for the router, I sent them proof that I returned it even called them I was told it is a mistake and they will rectify it, a month later they debit my account with R2500.

To cut the long story short whenever I call them they tell me that someone from the credit department will call me which never ever happens.

If you want to suffer start using Supersonic their are a bunch of ********s.
