Refund Needed - Debit order reinstated after contract was cancelled for 2 months
Good day, We cancelled our contract with Nepic 3 months ago. Cancellation was confirmed. One month passed all seemed okay then last month they decided to debit our account again. How is that even possible if the cancellation was done, confirmed and debit order cancelled as the next month no debit was claimed but another month later the debit order has been reinstated? Please can you refund our money as a matter of urgency as we have been waiting for 3 weeks now. Case Number: CAS-171596-R8P4Q5

How can this even be possible that you guys are telling me my noticed period was in August when your email confirmation to us specifies our notice period was in July.
I want my refund please....

Good Morning
No this is incorrect Please see attached and below an email sent by you guys confirming that our notice period was July as we ended the contract before July and our line was disconnected end of July. This email cleary states as per YOUR terms and conditions our notice period was July month.
Please refund our money IMMEDIATELY. I will be taking this to every single platform possible if we do not get our money back.
Please also note how can you guys just reinstate a debit order without customers consent. We received no call about this debit order just an SMS how it this even legal. If you would have contacted us before regarding the debit order we would have notified you that July was our notice period and would have supp**** the proof to you and this whole mess could have been avoided.
