Refund my money. Its mine

Its been a month now and I haven't received my refund from supersonic. I paid into their account because we have been told that its one company with vuma. I don't think they know what exactly they are doing. They take long to answer their phones and when they finally do, they take you from pillar to post. All I want is my money back.
