Refund my money!!!!

I placed an order for 2 LTE devices and paid for them on the 3rd of August. I was required to upload my ID and proof of address, which I did. A week later, I contacted them to find out that my proof of address does not match my delivery address, and that I needed to upload debit order details. I had to go to the bank to change my address, so that it matches the delivery address, and that was still not enough, because I was then told that the bank account number on my proof of address does not match the one I used for debit order.

One thing that really makes me angry is the fact that they took my money from my credit card and now I am told that I cannot use that for monthly payments. I then was told to cancel the order and place a new one, I did that, but they now expect me to pay the new order, as I was not credited. I am tired of all this and just want my refund, so that I can get better service elsewhere, and they are suddenly quiet!!!! I just want my refund and we can part ways
