Refund me because i didn't get any serious

Since the 19 of December 2023 i made an order and paid till this day have not received my order they taking me up n down,the router was delivered but don't receive it because my ID was not matching with ram so tell me i paid for services which i didn't receive now ram has made contact with supersonic but they didn't n fail to respond i really don't know what to do at the point all i ask is they refund me n keep they router im no more interested.....
