Refund

I made 2 payments to supersonic 898 and 900 but my router was never delivered it has been months and their whatssapp account is always under maintanence so i emailed them to to cancel took weeks for them reply so they said they gonna refund me but i never recieved my refund of R1798 and then they just send an email that my account is closed with them can anyone else tell me what ia should do plz becoz i wanna take them to court
