Refund

On Monday I was given banking details to use for my fibre payment by a Supersonic consultant by the name of Kamogelo Moloi, which were incorrect. I then eventually got the right link to use and was advised that Vuma Reach will refund my first payment made to the Capitec acc. I have been following up without getting assistance and only told that the matter is being resolved, I would like to be given exact ETA on when I can get my refund please!!!
