Refund
I have been waiting for refund for almost a month, every time you follow up they say it has been escalated. They charged me extra for two months in a row. I was considering long term with them but this experience leaves me with a bad taste.

Today marks 2 Months since you over charged me. If it takes 30 days to approve refund then you are not doing justice to your clients. What will it take to be refunded, small claims court? At this stage i take it as you stole from me
