Reconnection problem

Is there anyone that can assist with reconnecting our WiFi line? Between Vuma and the ISP, a lot of data, minutes and airtime have been lost due to being sent from pillar to post. It's been a week where no one can sort out a reconnection! How insane is that? Being at my wits end is putting it mildly.
