REAPING AND CLEANING MY BANK ACC!
My goodness Supersonic keeps diducting crazy amounts from my account! Claiming I haven't been paying, if that's the case why hasn't my connection ever been terminated. I would like to believe that one get's disconnected when they don't pay??? I pay R599 a month, they deducted R5 391 from my account in December. Getting it back is a hustle as the customer experience agent stopped responding to my emails after I sent him proof. Now from the 5K deducted from my acc, they have attempted to deduct 7K on the 25th of March 2022! This is a total REAP off and I really do want my money back.
