Really no Customer Support

What a disgrace. To call your support systems "Customer Support" is actually lying flat out, because there is no support. I got through on your WhatsApp line and reported a technical issue. Then the agent called Margaret disappeared. Then I called your support desk number, and 13 minutes later got through to another agent telling me they will send me an email to respond to regarding my Tech issue. 1 hr later and no email and no WhatsApp response. What was I thinking before joining them as an ISP? Very sad indeed that you actually still exist!!
