really bad service and im a new client

I should have read the reviews first. I app**** for two services over a week ago, they not active yet which is fair, its been almost two weeks and i cant expect more because they donot really need my business apparently. I have gotten no feedback from them, I have waited on the phone for half an hour at a time, if im lucky ill get through to someone or it eventually just drops, i have no idea whats happening with both connections, no one has communicated anything, they were quick to get send me a debit order mandate but then get stuffed. I wont be carrying on with supersonic.
