Real **** internet service
I wish there was a thing called customer service at this institution. We are battling with our internet connection and all we get is stories and no assistance, yet our debit orders are taken smack on time. The agents are pretending not to hear us when we call as I’m sure they don’t even know what to lie to tell to their clients any longer. Supersonic should be rename to Suckersonic due to their poor internet connection and lack of customers service. We’ve been having issues since January and still no resolution.

17 Feb 2022, 20:09If this is how you resolve issues by asking a client a lot of ******* questions, and not really assisting, then we really need to reconsider our dealings with Supersonic. Nobody called us to assist. This is utterly disgusting service as usual
