REACTIVATION ISSUE

Supersonic is really ****ing me off, i will paste the email they communicated as it is

Upfront Payment (50% to lift the suspension): R1,514.82 × 50% = R757.41

Remaining Balance: R757.41

Repayment Plan (over 3 months): R757.41 ÷ 3 = R252.47 per month

Monthly Payments:

End of Month 1: R252.47 (payment plan) + Monthly subscription fee of R499.00 = R751.47

End of Month 2: R252.47 (payment plan) + Monthly subscription fee of R499.00 = R751.47

End of Month 3: R252.47 (payment plan) + Monthly subscription fee of R499.00 = R751.47

Please note that your current outstanding balance is R3,514.82. However, R2,000.00 will be credited to your account once the upfront payment of R757.41 has been received.

Please ensure that all payments are made on time to keep the payment arrangement active and avoid any interruption to your services.

So I paid the initial upfront payment as requested, and I'm asking for reactivation it's been 48 hours & now I get smses amd emails that my account is suspended? And my account is still not credited with the R2000 they said they will credit. I am really ****ed! I make a call and all of a sudden all I'm getting is my account is suspended
