Ransom paid but still no internet

At 10 am I received an email saying I owe 86Rand even though I am fully paid up. 10 minutes later I was suspended. This is my business internet and losing me money. I tried to email them, call or Whatsapp them but no one answered. I paid the ransom money, that's what it is , but can't get hold of anyone to reconnect it. I am losing money and patience with every hour passing. Already cost me R86 and 120 in airtime and haven't even heard a human voice.
