****** from Supersonic Mitchells Fibre

HI I paid Suoersonic my subscription on the 1 FEbraury 2021 and 15 days later i am still not connected. Unprofessional disgusting service from supervisors to management level. No feedback at all. Not one Superstar lol can provide me with information. Ive asked for a refund and to cancel my account now they telling me I have to wait 30 days. Are these idiots for real and I have to pay a cancellation fee. Not my fault I cannot be connected but the treatment and behaviour I am receiving from this so called ISP seems like thehy blaming me for their mistake which I dont think they are trained to do their jobs. They are ****** bunch of unprofessional ******** people I have ever come across. They are ******. Fibre was installed for the underprivelaged areas like Mitchell's Plain, Khayelitsha and Strandfontein. Cheap Internet Cheap Service. This should be their MOTTO. Taking advantage of the poor and *****ing their money. They need to be exposed for their ******. I am 100% sure this does not happen in the so called Black areas like Khayelitsha. We are not ******** and have dignity but ISP like Supersonic should be shut down permanently from Mitchell's Fibre. Supersonic is by far the worst Service provider after reading reviees from people. How can they still be allowed to operate.
