Questionable company

I have app**** for Supersonic on 14 May, 8 days later after pestering them, 27 May, I paid the activation fees as requested. Today 4 June 2020, my Wi-Fi is still not working. Only apologies, no resolution, no human voice to speak to at the call centre, now they don't even reply on my whatsapp after I notify them to cancel and refund.

I am wondering, is this a legitimate company???
