Querry resolution

I am so frustrated!!!. I logged a query to have my account reactivated and 7 days later my issue is still not resolved. I have called multiple times to ask for feedback only to hold for over 30min and not get anyone to assist. I resorted to contacting them via Facebook massager and every day I get a different person telling me the issue was escalated to the pilling manager, but no feedback, same response every day.I asked for a turnaround time on the technical query, I was told is 48 hrs which was the past few days ago, this is not Treating Customers Fairly and the is no sense of urgency to have queries resolved.
