My mother ordered a router and sim about a week ago, was promised that she will have them last Tuesday (28th April, 2020). Till to date she has not received any word about her order, despite the numerous calls. Today, she received a call and an sms about her having to pay when she has already paid for her order... I am thus requesting a refund on her behalf, thanks! I will also call again to request it.
