Putrid Customer Service

Do you guys get points or something that us customers are not aware of for Bad Customer Service??????

I have never in all my life received such bad customer service from 1 Company, it's like ur call centre agents strive for Bad Service. It's been almost 5 months that I have been going back and forth with the same query and it's DISGUSTING really it is.
