Problems returned again after a few months

So after complaining and having to resort to hello peter to get my connectivity sorted, things went well for a couple of months and now since Friday the 06/09/2021 i am having connectivity issues from around 4pm all the way through to 10pm. My ping and my speeds are perfectly fine,but cannot get into websites,downloads are slow as hell and even trying to connect to online games does not happen as a result of poor connection. Emailing and phoning does not get any joy at all as you always holding on for the call centre agent to finish the personal call he is busy with or for them waiting for the kettle to finish boiling before they even think of helping their clients. Service was great in the beginning but since start 2021 their service has gone to ****

But it lately always has to resort to a hello peter review before something gets done, that is not how customer service should be, and i feel that you guys need to revise your whole call center approach. And please i do not want to hear the BS that my speeds are fine as mentioned in my query they are fine but between 4pm and 10pm i cannot connect to anything or stream anything.
