Prince from supersonic

Shout out to Prince from supersonic, after over a week of grappling with supersonic to try and get my line simply activated with octotel. Them assuring me it has been activated with octotel, a follow up telling me that it is their highest priority, only to phone octotel and they told me that they can get someone to activate it within an hour. By then I had cancelled my supersonic order anyway and after a day of hitting dead ends trying to get my line released from supersonic, Prince came riding in on a golden steed. He told me he would escalate the issue (as I have heard at least 8 times in the last week) and I pleaded that he simply phone octotel himself to resolve the issue. He messaged back 10 minutes later to tell me he had won the battle, I phoned octotel to confirm and they confirmed that supersonic had not **** to me as they have done for the past week! Huzzah Prince - should be renamed King 👑! My hero!
