Possibly the most pathetic, *********** company on earth.

Supersonic must be one of the worst companies ever created, and that's saying something. I had an LTE line which was upgraded to fibre six months ago. I have been billed for the LTE consistently since then, although it was supposed to have been cancelled. The call centre agents (I must have spoken to about thirty of them in the last six months) keep saying that the matter has been escalated, a case has been opened, someone will callme back. Nothing. Every month a bill arrives. Their billing department is unreachable and the call centre agents can do nothing. Truly the most pathetic company ever. There are better deals available. Run FAR away from Supersonic if you want to avoid a hellish ordeal.
