Poorest ISP Service ever

If I could possibly give 0 stars I would have. Changed from Vox to Supersonic in February 2022. In October my line speed dropped from 200MB to 2MB for about 2 weeks. No one at Supersonic was able to assist. I received a full bill for October. I cancelled my line with Supersonic and switched to Afrihost. As of today, Supersonic have not released my line. According to Supersonic there is a clawback amount I need to pay. When querying the clawback amount, I am told it is for installation and activation. Vox paid for that and Supersonic was a change of ISP. No new ONT box was installed and Supersonic sent a technician to my home to install the router. @Supersonic, please explain the clawback. I aslo signed a month-to-month contract with you you and not a 2-year deal. Your answers to this will be greatly appreciated. I am currently on my 3rd call to you this morning and all calls have dropped.

I have just responded to Ticket SST071862 and advised that I will depositing R1000 into your account and full and final settlement. If my line is not released tonight, I will be taking this to the media. I have all emails and request and will provide them with all copies.
