Poor to zero coverage on Supersonic

I've been using Supersonic's services for internet since 2020. My loyalty to them is a clear demonstration that I'm a sucker for bad service and poor quality network. Supersonic is powered by MTN and makes a promise that they get best coverage. Well, that is only on paper and in adverts. Connectivity is so poor in my area that I'm tempted to get on the rooftop to work daily. The only solution they've offered me is to reboot the router and then hope and pray for one good Teams call a day.

I've truly wasted my money...
