Poor supersonic services

I am extremely disappointed at the way supersonic treats their customers. You pay for a voucher but you can't use it.. I've been disconnected for 5 days now. It takes a life time to get a hold of customer service and the logged tickets aren't even attended to I'm so sick and tired of this unprofessionalism.

As soon as my voacher expire month end then I'll cancel my contract and move on to a more professional service provider. I encourage everyone to do the same they don't respond to all the contact platforms and when you ask them simple questions they are rude and errogant.
