Poor service.. waiting for installation for a week

We Very bad service... called multiple times with regard to our wifi being installed they said they was going to send someone last week Monday gone 1 week nobody came called numerous times line goes straight to voicemail emailed as well no response.. I would have rather paid more and gone with vodacom or telkom cause these people are not interested in providing proper services
